Bar Refaeli is Sports Illustrated’s New Swimsuit Pictures

Bar Refaeli, 23, began modeling as an eight-month-old in her native Israel. Bar would pester her mother to sign her up for photo shoots and commercials and only took a 3-year break while wearing braces. At age 15, Bar signed with an agency and began modeling for catalogues and later became the face of Hurley and the Diddy cologne, I Am King. This is Bar’s third Swimsuit Issue.

Confirming earlier leaked reports, the Late Show with David Letterman has confirmed that Israeli beauty and Leonardo DiCaprio’s latest supermodel girlfriend (after the Gisele Bündchen experience) Bar Refaeli is the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model. Congratulations to her.

The twenty-three year old had already become the first Israeli model to be featured in Sports Illustrated, and now she graces the cover. Refaeli got her big break at the age of fifteen when she was featured in campaigns for the fashion brands Castro and Pilpel. She soon was moving up to big and greater exposure, and her future remains very bright.
